Quilts

I love quilts. Each singular, unique quilt reflects the person (or people) that made it and creates a portrait of the moment, lasting for generations, until it is loved to death by humans or time and simply disintegrates (like us). They are beautiful, functional, and warm. They hold us in our sleep while we dream. They are special, magical sweetness and I trust you know what I mean.

It is special to have the skills to make them and be a part of a quilting community. My life is richer because I sew and to this day I’ve never met a quilter I didn’t like.

I am excited to explore my future through quilts.
